Welsh Air-Dried Cured Shortback bacon is made from a pork loin in the traditional Welsh Farmhouse way to a centuries-old family method. The loin is dry cured in salt then air dried to perfection.
Please note the Bacon can carry a notable saltiness – For those who prefer a milder taste, we recommend either soaking the bacon overnight or blanching it before cooking, allowing you to savour the flavours to your preference.
